To get a useful reply first time, include the email address on your account, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If a generation went wrong, say which subject and level you used.

Email the address above. If you cannot sign in, say so — that is the report worth having most, and it reaches the same person.
Billing, invoices and cancellations
Polar, our merchant of record, handles payments. Your subscription, payment method, invoices, and cancellation all live in the Polar customer portal, which you reach through the link in your Polar receipt email. Cancelling there keeps your access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you cannot get into the portal, email support and we will help you find it. We cannot see or change your card details.

For access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, email privacy@lessonsmith.ai. For anything about the Terms of Use, email legal@lessonsmith.ai. A postal address is available on request from either address.
