We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.
1. Scope
LessonSmith lets users submit inputs and generate lesson content. If you believe material on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you can ask us to remove it using the process below.
2. Copyright agent

3. How to file a takedown notice
Include all of the following:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- identification of the material and enough detail for us to locate it, such as the account, URL or a description;
- your contact information: name, address, phone and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Send it to the agent above. Knowingly false claims may incur liability.
4. What we do on a valid notice
We will, as appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, notify the affected user, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where required.
5. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent including: your signature; the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your contact details; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya for legal process. We may restore the material as permitted by law.
6. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be suspended or terminated (see Terms Section 10).
7. Changes
We may update this policy, and we will revise the effective date above.
