Lesson planning for schools
A school pays once and covers its teachers, instead of each of them buying a plan of their own. The price is agreed with you, for the number of teachers you want covered.
What each covered teacher gets
- 80 lesson plans a month
- 4 schemes of work every 3 months
- 10 support plans a month
- Every theme and every subject assistant
Those are per teacher, not shared across the school, and they are the same for every school — the price is what is negotiated, the limits are not.
How it works
- Write to support@lessonsmith.ai with your school's name and how many teachers you want covered.
- We agree a price and send you a payment link.
- Once it is paid, your account gets a section for the plan. You add teachers by sending each of them an invitation link, remove anyone who leaves, and cancel whenever you choose.
A teacher accepts their invitation and is covered from that moment. They never see a checkout, and they keep every lesson plan and scheme of work they make — those belong to their account, not to the plan.
If a teacher already pays for their own plan
Nothing breaks and nothing doubles up. An account is on one plan at a time, and the school's is the one that applies while it covers them. They can cancel their own subscription whenever they like.
If the plan ends
Every covered teacher moves to the Free plan at the end of the period you have paid for, and their saved work is untouched.
