One bill covers your teachers instead of each of them buying a plan of their own. We agree the price with you, for the number of teachers you want covered.
What each covered teacher gets
- 80 lesson plans a month
- 4 schemes of work every 3 months
- 10 support plans a month
- Every theme and every subject assistant
Those counts are per teacher, not a pool the staffroom shares. Every school gets the same limits. Price is the only thing we negotiate.
How it works
- Write to support@lessonsmith.ai with your school's name and how many teachers you want covered.
- We agree a price and send you a payment link.
- Once you have paid, a Teachers list appears in your account. From there you send out invitation links, remove anyone who leaves, and cancel whenever you want.
A teacher is covered the moment they accept. No checkout is ever put in front of them. Their lesson plans and schemes of work sit in their own account, not in the school's plan. They keep all of it.
If a teacher already pays for their own plan
An account runs on one plan at a time. While the school covers a teacher, the school's plan is the one that applies, whatever they were on before. Their own subscription carries on billing until they cancel it. They can do that whenever they like.
If the plan ends
Cover runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted. Teachers keep every lesson plan and scheme of work they saved. They stop drafting new ones.
